VIRTUAL PRIVATE SERVER
The Virtual Private Server service is aimed at those who have technical and management “autonomy” needs and do not want to purchase and manage their own server.
Through the Virtual Private Server service, BE.iT makes available dedicated portions of virtual infrastructure in which each client’s dedicated servers are executed.
BE.iT offers various options of Virtual Private Servers, with different features, to meet any space and power needs, with the possibility of configuring the basic characteristics of the virtual hardware of each server and with high flexibility in activating IPs and assigning bandwidth.
It is also possible, using physical-to-virtual conversion tools, to migrate pre-existing physical servers into the virtualized Cloud environment without having to perform any installation activities and keeping the original system intact, including applications and settings.
To simplify the management of virtual servers, virtualization platforms are equipped with a centralized console through which servers can be turned on and off, resource allocation to individual machines can be modified, etc.
Through the same console, it is also possible to manage the configuration of virtual networks and their routing from different Virtual Private Servers.
Our clients will have full access to the servers and their corresponding administration passwords. We will take care of critical system updates, updating systems to the latest versions, and providing Antispam and Antivirus services.
